Replacement pneumatic wheel and tire assembly for Exmark Sulky mowers, designed as a direct fit for OEM part number 103-9591—features air-filled construction and integrated grease fitting for extended service life.

Description

We created a greaseable, air-filled (pneumatic) wheel-and-tire assembly to replace Exmark Part Number 103-9591, which is used on some 1-wheel Exmark-brand lawn mower sulkies.  It is also used on some lawn mower models too.

This aftermarket replacement has a grease fitting and uses a roller cage bearing inside of the hub.  2 washers/spacers/bushings are included to achieve the OEM hub length, but it does not affect functionality in any way.

We include the spanner bushing so the final ID is 1/2″ to accept the axle bolt.  

All of the dimensions of this assembly match the OEM specifications making it a perfectly acceptable replacement option.

• 11×4.00-5 Pneumatic Tire with Ribbed Tread
• 4-1/2″ Centered Hub with Roller Cage Bearing & Grease Zerk Fitting
• 1/2″ Final I.D. (Bore) (The spanner bushing that is included reduces the ID from 3/4″ to 1/2″ to accept the axle bolt.)
