This is the authentic OEM replacement clutch for Toro and Exmark part number 126-4185 which now also replaces old part number 116-1608, 116-1621, and 109-5004. The Warner sticker on your clutch should read 5228-6 (52286) or your specific mower’s model and serial number should use clutch part number 126-4185, 116-1608 or 109-5004 per the parts diagram to ensure this is the correct replacement.
