This is a rare and valuable piece of memorabilia for any fan of the Nippon Ham Fighters. Yuya Taniguchi has signed the jersey at one of the many events held for Nippon Ham Fighter fans. The jersey is in excellent condition and has been stored at home since it was autographed.
Yuya Taniguchi was a Japanese professional baseball outfielder for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB). He was drafted by the Fighters in the first round of the 2012 NPB draft.
Taniguchi broke out in 2013, hitting .284 with 12 home runs and 60 RBIs. He was named to the NPB All-Rookie Team. He improved in 2014, hitting .302 with 17 home runs and 74 RBIs. He was named to the NPB All-Star team for the first time.
