This is a limited edition Yokohama DeNA Baystars Star Night jersey. These jerseys were distributed at home games and special events during the 2015 seasonal campaigns.
The Yokohama DeNA BayStars baseball team is professional in Japan with a rich and fascinating history. Founded in 1950, the team underwent several name changes before becoming the Yokohama DeNA BayStars in 2012.
Over the years, the BayStars have had their ups and downs, but they’ve consistently remained a fan favorite and a formidable opponent on the field. The team’s best season came in 1998 when they won the Central League pennant and made it to the Japan Series.
Several talented Japanese players have played for the BayStars, including Tomo Ohka, Kazuhiro Sasaki, Takashi Saito, Shota Imanaga, and Yoshitomo Tsutsugo, who played for MLB teams.
